On February 11, 2016, an investiture of the new president was held at the school's gymnasium after Capt. Arturo A. Aguilar, MM, the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board gave his vote of confidence to Captain Francis R. Aguilar, MME.
The installation was graced by the whole MPC community; from the board of directors and members, administrators, department heads, faculty, staff and student representatives. The program started with a processional of the president's mace. A call to order was made by Dr. Ruth U. Manubag, Vice-President for Academic Affairs and followed by a message of support from the selected employees.
Also present during the program were Engr. Jose Venancio A. Vero; MARINA Regional Director, Mr. Richard M. Amparo and Mr. Jerson M. Franco from TESDA-SARGEN, 3/E John King H. Fabot; an alumnus of MPC and Commodore Elson K. Aguilar, AFP (CNFEM) who also gave his inspirational message adn support to the new President.
The President's speech was centered on friction and pretty quarrels within the organization. He said that since its normal in every organization, he urged the administrators to help solve the problems that may impede the efficiency of operations or even destroy the organization. Further, he highlighted that since the school is an ISO accredited, he will do everything to maintain its status and the quality by continuously following standards.
